Employees’ Volunteerism
Fostering a culture of voluntary engagement and aiming at connecting with our community to raise awareness on major social issues and play an active role in the society, we have been launching several initiatives supported by our employees’ free will. Employees have been endorsing such opportunities to contribute to their social surroundings whether through donations, or personal engagement.

“Partner in Life” Program

We support and encourage corporate responsibility activities by our employees that help promote sustainable economic growth and improve community life. Being the major associates to the Children’s Cancer Center of Lebanon’s “Partner in Life” program, Fransabank employees participated in this program whereby they donated a designated amount of money from their monthly salaries and the total amount collected was donated to the “Partner in Life” program in an attempt to make a difference in the lives of these children.

In December 2018, we have endorsed Epsilon support program, a medico-social association assisting patients with epilepsy in paying their bills and medications, especially children. Accordingly, our employees could choose to extend their financial contribution to Epsilon.
