The Center for Economic Studies at Fransabank Group has recently finalized an in-depth study on the real estate sector in Lebanon entitled “Lebanon’s Real Estate Sector: Current Status and Future Trendsâ€. The study indicates that this sector has maintained its position as a major pillar of Lebanon’s economy and a significant contributor to economic growth and prosperity. It also pointed that over the past years, especially since 2010, the real estate market experienced a relative stability, with low or moderate ups and downs during certain periods.
