On Tuesday October 2, 2012, Fransabank, represented by its General Manager, Mr. Nadim Kassar, signed with the General Security Forces represented by its General Manager, Major General Abbas Ibrahim, a protocol of cooperation between the two institutions offering a Housing Loan Program at a preferential interest rate and special conditions to more than 4,000 General Security members. The signature was held in the presence of representatives from Fransabank and the General Security at the latter’s premises in Beirut.

By virtue of this protocol of cooperation, which is the FIRST to take place between a Lebanese Bank and the General Security, Fransabank puts at the disposal of the General Security members an exceptional Housing Loan Program with special features, as such:

- Very preferential yearly interest rate of 1.628% on LL loans
- Financing amount up to 100%
- Unlimited loan amount
- Repayment period up to 25 years
